The location was central, right by a nice walk to the beach, the main town centre and a nice quiet area, 5 minutes distance from the seaside. There was restaurant Beach Cafe, that I found within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel.

The staff is service-minded, the breakfast efficient, the location is perfect just next door to restaurant and bar, St Leonard's and Hastings town and mostly foreign eateries. The rooms are double superior and nicely decorated and have incredible view over the garden. It is perfectly located close to the train station. Also, it's 5 km from a public pleasure pier.

Beautifully designed and intimate property with a great breakfast. Pretty friendly staff, friendly service, lovely views. Perfectly based in extremely nice area really close to the train station, central area for accessing both Hastings and St Leonards as well as Battle, Rye, Bexhill or even day out to Eastbourne and a beautiful garden. The downstairs bar with well priced drinks.

We found out nice prices in the hotel. Well priced place, had a very pleasant stay in February. The location was decent and ideal, close enough to Close to train station, the seafront and restaurants and the reception/restaurant/bar and garden, the beach was near the venue. The downstairs bar was a delightful surprise.
